This feels embarrassing to admit but I do not know how to change a tyre. I am in my thirties. Everyone assumes women should know less about cars anyway, so I usually laugh it off. Is it too late to learn?

You would be surprised how many people quietly avoid learning because they feel intimidated or worry about looking silly. Learning vehicle basics is not about becoming a mechanic. It is about confidence and safety.
Start small. Learn where your spare wheel is kept. Understand how the jack works. Watch demonstrations. Ask somebody you trust to show you. Motoring knowledge should never be gatekept.
